REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Catchtools! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and support, subject to the following terms:

– Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if a tool is not functional for more than 24 hours during this period. If a tool remains non-functional after 7 days, we will extend your subscription by the number of days the tool was not operational.
– Annual Plans: Refunds are not offered for annual plans. The same conditions as above apply.
– Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds are not available for reasons such as accidental purchases, change of mind, or unawareness of our shared account service.
– Requesting a Refund: Please provide a valid reason for a refund request to help us improve our products and services. Refunds will not be processed after the 7-day period for monthly plans. We encourage you to review the product promptly after purchase.
– Subscription Cancellation: We offer instant cancellation for your pack or tool upon request but refund will not provided.
